Availability and booking

Booking is direct with us – you won’t find us on any hotel booking websites. No deposits or pre-payments are required.

We will deal with your booking request personally, whichever method you choose.

Tariff

Our prices stay the same all year round, so you won’t pay extra for popular times such as Easter or the summer holidays. There are no hidden costs – we do not charge booking fees, and breakfast is included. Our pricing year runs from April.

If your stay is
1 night only…

Third person (child) occupancy of the twin room

This is only available by arrangement in advance, because we are only permitted to accommodate six guests in total (including any children). Availability depends on occupancy of the other rooms.

3rd person occupancy: additional £17 per night on the room rate. (£18 from April 2024)

We update the calendar only when we have personally confirmed your booking by email (or post).

2. Make a booking enquiry

If you can’t use the form, please make your booking enquiry by phoning us on 01766 770321.

3. We reply personally to confirm your booking

We will reply by email to confirm whether we can take your booking in your chosen room(s), and to answer any of your questions.

If you decide to go ahead and book, we will ask you for details such as your address and a contact telephone number, and send you a personalised booking confirmation by email, or post if you prefer.

No payments are required until your visit.

We aim to reply to you personally within 24 hours. Sometimes events beyond our control mean that you do not hear back within that timescale. If you are still waiting for a reply please phone us on 01766 770321.
