Arrivals and departures
We are always available to welcome pre-booked guests at our normal check-in times between 5pm and 9pm. Other arrival times are usually possible by prior arrangement. On the morning
of your departure we would be grateful if you would vacate your room by 10.30am.

Payment
Cash or cheque only. Proof of address may be required. We are unable to accept credit/debit cards.

Cancellations
No charge is made for bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the date of arrival. Any deposit will be returned less £5 admin fee.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the date of arrival will be charged at the nightly rate for each night of the booking unless the accommodation is subsequently relet. For non-arrivals a charge of the one night rate will be made for each night of the booking – any deposit paid will be forfeit.

1 night bed & breakfast: £34.50 per person
2-5 consecutive nights bed & breakfast: £31.50 per person per night
6 or more consecutive nights bed & breakfast: £28.50 per person per night
Eg: 2 nights for 2 people sharing double or twin room @ £31.50 pppn = £126.00
7 nights for 2 in double or twin @ £28.50 pppn = £399.00 TOTAL
SINGLE ROOM: 1 night bed & breakfast: £39.00
Subsequent nights in single room charged at £35.00 per night
Single occupancy of double or twin room (if single not available): £39.00 per night regardless of length of stay NB Price structure for singles changes from 1 April 2012
